SENET is a Small Enterprises Information and Resources Network set up with the objective of creating an electronic network for small and medium enterprises, central/state governments and other central/state agencies engaged directly or indirectly in the promotion and development of the SSI sector. SENET presently has 31 electronic ‘nodes’, which offer databases related services like yellow pages, offer databases related services like yellow pages, project profiles, clusters etc. and publication related services like policies and schemes, rules, circulars, trade reports etc.
INSME (International Network of Small & Medium Enterprises) has recognized this as one of the best practices in delivery of services to SSI sector. CTN (Canadian Technology Network) has also signed an MOU with SENET for exchange of information.
